为何观看影片时，影像不清或画面出现停顿？
在网上即时观看影片时，档案是以串流方式由伺服器通过互联网传送到用户电脑内的 Windows Media Player 播放。网络繁忙会导致档案无法顺畅地传送，令Windows Media Player不能接收到足够的影片资料，让影片流畅地播放出来，甚至出现影像不清或画面停顿的问题。请于网络比较畅通时才观看影片，或请联络阁下的网络供应商查询网络繁忙的情况。 |
