Registration for Healthcare Practitioners

Quarantine

The Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department (AFCD) is the inspection and quarantine authority for animals in Hong Kong, with the statutory responsibility to enforce the protocol requirements regarding the import and re-export of horses that take part in equestrian events, as well as horse feed and bedding material of plant origin. AFCD is also responsible for monitoring the stabling conditions and well-being of horses taking part in equestrian events.

Relevant certificates and permits can now be applied online.
