At the Hong Kong Olympic Equestrian Venue (Sha Tin), wheelchair services are available at the following locations:
Outside the venue: at the shuttle bus set-down area on Yuen Wo Road.
Inside the venue: next to Spectator Stand Section 104.
At the Hong Kong Olympic Equestrian Venue (Beas River), electronic cart services are available at the following locations:
Outside the venue: at the shuttle bus set-down area on Fan Kam Road.
Inside the venue: next to the Information Booth, water jump and Spectator Facilities.

Information Booth

Competition start orders and results will be posted on the notice board at the Information Booth. It also serves as the Lost & Found Centre for property and children.

Baby Stroller Storage

Baby strollers shall be stored in the storage place next to Spectator Stand Section 114 in the Hong Kong Olympic Equestrian Venue (Sha Tin). There is no space for baby strollers on the spectator stands.

Poncho/Raincoat

For your own safety and for consideration of other spectators, opening of umbrellas is prohibited on the spectator stands. You are encouraged to bring your own raincoat. However, if you do not have one, we can provide a simple poncho to you.

Ticketing Assistance

The volunteers will usher you to your seat. Since “free-seating” policy is imposed on the Paralympics, spectators are welcomed to choose their own seats on the stand.

Paralympic Mascot Encounter

The Paralympic mascot will join you here and there in the competition venue. Photo Area will be set in front of the image wall at the forecourt.

Should you need further information about the services and facilities available for spectators, please approach any of the volunteers in the spectator services team, who will be more than happy to offer you details.
