Hotels are mostly found in the areas of Central, Wan Chai and Causeway Bay on Hong Kong Island, and in Tsim Sha Tsui and Tsim Sha Tsui East in Kowloon. Visitors who wish to stay outside the city centre can consider hotels in the New Territories.

Visitors arriving without hotel bookings can turn to the Hotel Reservation Centres at the Hong Kong International Airport for help. Located inside the Buffer Hall near the Customs Area, the centres book rooms at hotels belonging to the Hong Kong Hotels Association (HKHA). They are open daily from 6am to midnight.
